1. We are the authorized distributor and contractor for Innovative Decon Solutions, in particular, use and dispensing technologies for the PreConÔ/ RemedialConÔ/Smoke DeconÔ/Carpet DeconÔFormulations manufactured by modec, inc.  The functions of our Decon Formulations follows.
2. The PreCon and RemedialCon Formulations are produced in EPA registered facilities to ensure compliance with 40 CFR Part 712 and all EPA and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulations, and is labeled in accordance with EPA requirements for use on weapons of mass destruction consisting of chemical and biological agents.   As a patented derivation of the above, our formulations are the only SAFE mycotoxin neutralizers in the world for the neutralization and decontamination of molds, mold spores, and mycotoxins.   
3. The insurance industry for the most part has affirmatively excluded mold coverage in liability policies.    Not only has there been a rapid increase in the number of claims, the size of damage settlements awarded by the courts is also increasing.  Since 1999 there has been a 300% increase in mold-related lawsuits.  California filed a record $406 million in mold-related-insurance claims while Texas filed $1.40 billion in 2003.   Given the litigious nature of our society and consumer empowerment fueled by the lack of any standards about mold, it is simply a matter of time before it has a tremendous impact on the new construction industry with builder negligence and bad faith claims.
